据资料记载，端午节是伟大的诗人屈原投江的日子，公元前278年农历五月初五，楚国爱国诗人屈原听到秦攻破楚国都城的消息后，心如刀割，写下绝笔作《怀沙》，然后抱石投江。当地有很多人前去打捞他的尸体，都没捞上来。人们又怕水里的鱼虾啃食他的身体，所以人们用一种叶子包裹了米饭，投入江中，又划小舟驱赶鱼虾前往有米饭的地方，以免屈原的身体被鱼虾啃食了。这里用叶子包裹的米饭渐渐地发展成了今天我们所熟知的粽子了。

每年端午节，我都会让奶奶教我包粽子，奶奶拿两片棕叶，我也拿两片棕叶，再把一边折成尖尖的'三角形，用勺子盛一勺糯米放进去，再放入肉，然后再放入一勺糯米盖上，把多余的叶片再折叠起来，最后用绳包好、扎紧，一个粽子就轻轻松松地完成了。

包好后，奶奶就去煮。奶奶说：“粽子要一次性煮透，否则怎么都煮不熟的。”煮了一个多小时，粽子熟了。我拿一个粽子，解开绳子，剥开棕叶，吃一口白白的糯米，软软的，嚼在嘴里甜甜的，很好吃；再吃一口腊肉，咸咸的，香香的；我这里吃一口，那里啃一下，因为粽子太好吃了，我三下五除二，一个大粽子不一会儿就吃完了。

每年到端午节这天，爸爸和妈妈就会很早地把我叫醒，然后妈妈会把提前准备好的五彩绳系在我的手腕和脚踝上，听妈妈说，五彩绳代表五个方位，给孩子带上可以驱五毒，防五虫，使孩子平平安安，不受惊吓，也是一种美好的祝福。在我看来它还寄托着妈妈对我的关心和爱。

早饭过后，妈妈带我去踏青。这个季节真好——暖洋洋的太阳，淡淡花香的空气。路旁的树木郁郁葱葱的像一顶顶绿色的大伞，路旁的小草也探出了头，向我微笑，踩上去软软的，柔柔的，舒服极了。还有些不知名的花儿正向人们展示她们迷人的身姿！河边，草地，到处都有踏青的人，有的还在草地上野餐。一群群的'小鸟在天上飞过，好像在跟我们问好！

转眼快中午了，又到了我最期待的时刻了——包粽子。妈妈包的粽子既好看又好吃，粽叶和馅儿都是妈妈提前准备好的。先拿一片粽叶，打成卷，在里面放些糯米和蜜枣，然后包成一个三角，再用细绳绕几圈系好，这样，一个漂亮的粽子就包好了，没多大的工夫，我们就包了满满的一大盆。最后一道程序，也是最诱人的时刻，把包好的粽子放在锅里，加入适量的水，差不多要煮半个小时。快熟的时候会散发出一股股淡淡的诱人的清香，每次我都会不停地问妈妈：“好了没有，我好想尝一尝。”

诱人的粽香，甜甜的粽子，每次的端午节都使我难忘，好期待下一次端午节的到来。
